Recently has in Germany checking Artificial Intelligence for censorship become popular. A method for this is to ask an Artificial Intelligence to reproduce a certain picture several times and to change nothing in the picture. When an Artificial Intelligence reproduces the picture “without changing anything” several hundred times, then there aren’t visible changes for periods of twenty to thirty iterations, but between these periods are turning points. Changes after hundred iterations can’t be overlooked anymore and at latest after the Artificial Intelligence “changed nothing” the thousandth time, the result seems to have absolutely nothing to do with the original picture.
Because there always are periods, when nothing seems to change, so the changes can hardly be due to censorship. The Artificial Intelligence probably is seriously trying to change nothing. But evolution is a law of nature and belongs to its cybernetics department. (Biology is only an application case.) So something has to happen, simply due to copying. That rather only erosion happens is also witnessed in biology.
