Some people are sometimes pretending that astrology would be a result of wise people gathering, distinguishing thoroughly between wise and foolish theories, and then decide all in a sudden to throw away all wisdom and to keep only the foolery. The people deciding this way must be really wise because they are able to distinguish all theories so thoroughly that really no wisdom would have escaped and also because other people would still have believed them, although the event was repeated regularly. Could anything, that humans do, ever develop in this way? No, this theory of “critics” is obviously rubbish and these “critics” are very obviously the fools.

Astrology exists since thousands of years! During these thousands of years have people, who listened to astrologers, won wars, gained territory and wealth, avoided or recovered from diseases, got good partners, produced much offspring and propagated amply. During the same thousands of years have people, who ridiculed astrologers, been defeated in wars, lost territories and wealth, fell ill and died from diseases, got terrible partners and unlucky marriages with few descendants. This is how astrology survived during thousands of years, while fools aren’t able to abolish the “superstition”. These fools show you with their examples how you could worsen your fate, while astrology teaches you to improve your fate!

Everybody can challenge astrology, but astrology will continue to win every contest. Charlatans pretending to be astrologers have to be counted as fools too. It would be seriously erroneous to count a battle fool against fool as challenging astrology. Charlatanry can’t tell you how to win wars, how to avoid diseases, or how well you match with a possible partner, hence it isn’t astrology!

So astrology developed because its theories were proven right! There were certainly also failed theories, but these were dismissed as soon as they weren’t fulfilling expectations. What survived under the name of astrology were those theories, which were proven right again and again and again during thousands of years.
