I changed my contact page because I wasn’t able to connect to my email. I meanwhile figured out that the email address still exists and I can connect if I use a different browser. I prefer Firefox, but if I use this browser than the email provider replies only with the message that my internet environment is so unusual that the login is refused. This depends really only on the browser, so the email provider must have discovered a security problem with the Firefox browser. I can’t do more than warn you that there could be a security problem, which others didn’t discover yet.
