I already published several articles on combat sports and on the martial arts here. I do this in order to show how somebody (myself) with natal Mars in Scorpio fights in reality. Mars is very strong in Scorpio and very weak in Taurus. I have the advantage that I can study Mars in Taurus too. I only have to watch my brother for this. His natal Mars is in Taurus. My brother is an epileptic and takes prescription drugs with terrible side-effects for treatment daily. A striking side-effect is to make aggressive. This already is a very crucial insight: The weak Mars is aggressive, the strong Mars isn’t!
My brother spends most of his time each day with calming himself down. How well this works depends mainly on outer circumstances. The weak Mars can also mean to be physically strong, while the strong Mars doesn’t need to! I know this well because I always used to be the main target for my brother’s violence. He used to be very violent in the past. He meanwhile has somehow forced himself to loath violence. He used to break items and hit me with terrible blows in the past, but meanwhile he doesn’t want to watch any combat sports. He loathes even “wrestling entertainment” because violence shouldn’t be for entertainment. He used to play first-person shooters several hours each day in the past, but he meanwhile prefers farming simulator and similar games without any action. Thinking is the only thing, which he likes even less than action.
Knowing my brother’s appearance is also crucial for understanding his way to fight. My brother used to slouch because he was very tall during his time as a pupil. He is still tall, but learned to stand upright and to understand that he fits through most doors. He had a severe overbite. This improved too. My brother has always been left-handed and barely knows anything to do with his right hand. Traditional warrior cultures have a much larger percentage of left-handed people than other cultures because the moves of left-handed people are often very unexpected! So my brother moved strangely and had a for his classmates impressive appearance. The best prescription drug for him wasn’t found, so he suffered from seizures from time to time also in school or in public. So my brother was absolutely unpredictable! This made most people avoid to clash with him.
But if anybody did clash with him or when my mother fed him with lies or if somebody or something else made him upset, then he lost all self-control. Humans usually don’t use the full power of their muscles. Often only ten or twenty percent, depending on what you are doing, are required and more would only be destructive. You would use more power in a fight, but you would still avoid to hurt yourself. Not so my brother! He used only his left arm and always for a hammer-fist attack, but this with his full power including what normal humans have only in emergency situations. Each blow was devastating! It came from unexpected angles, sometimes perfectly horizontal, but most times from above, while my brother used to stand in a position, which made it impossible to avoid his punch. The blow was quick, you had to understand that it would be delivered, you had to understand that he fights with his left side and that he would use his full power and that he is really strong. He delivered such a blow that he used to lose balance and his head was dipping when his fist went downwards. Avoiding to the left is a reflex for most people, on the one hand because nature prefers moves to the left and on the other hand because most people attack with the right hand, so that avoiding to the left is the safer side. But avoiding my brother’s fist to the left meant to clash with his overbite. An unpleasant and also dangerous experience! Avoiding his fist to the right proved in most cases impossible because he subconsciously used to stand in a way that you always had a wall or at least a big obstacle in this direction. To block or to withstand the attack has never proven to be a good idea because the combination of my brother being very strong and tall, falling forward from his own punch, and being completely unable to stop or even only weaken the attack even if you put an item in the way proved to be too powerful for any attempt of a block. Putting an item in the way meant some pain for my brother, but mainly a broken item and still suffering from a blow, which was more devastating than the most serious punch from a normal person. The only advantage, which I had when I fell victim to my brother’s aggression, was that he could deliver only one blow and used to fall on the ground then. There he did immediately cry and in the manner of the worst bullies accuse me of having attacked him.
I wonder whether a weak natal Mars is common for rowdies and bullies. A weak natal Mars definitely indicates weak control over the own body! The opposite is true too: A strong natal Mars indicates strong control over the own body. Although I watched many people moving in ways, which I never could. Another striking point is that I need several articles to describe my confrontations with bullies and what I had to learn in order to survive, but need only one article, which ends here already, for describing my brother’s way to fight and his attitude regarding violence.
