On November, 30th in each year since already 1988 is Computer Security Day. I did read several suggestions for what to do on this day, but most of them had nothing to do with computer security. For example to clean monitor and keyboard. This has something to do with computers and should be done from time to time, but it has nothing to do with computer security. Another suggestion is to make backups. This has at least something to do with computer security. Data loss can have something to do with an attack for example a ransomware attack. So the ability to restore lost data is an important part of computer security. But it is a so complex topic that I plan to write several articles on it within my article series on computer literacy.
