This is, of course, about the asteroid Atlantis. The asteroid Atlantis is asteroid #1198 and a Mars-orbit-crosser from the Asteroid Main Belt. The asteroid #1198 is of the type L. Atlantis is named after the mysterious sunken island.

Many astrologers deem Atlantis an important asteroid, although it caught my attention by forming a square with Venus in my natal chart. For astrologers seems Atlantis to be an invitation for endless speculations. It shall have to do with water in the home (I understand this part), with karmic ties into a long forgotten past, with feeling at home, with the abuse of power, with magical skills, with not living up to one’s responsibility, with living up to one’s responsibility, and so on.

But everything, which can really be said for sure, is that Atlantis stimulates speculations. It is in fact named after a place, but it is unknown where to find this place. Many speculations exist on this topic too. Most of them are obvious rubbish. Atlantis is the source of rumors, myths, and legends. Hence the rise of speculations and legends due to a lack of knowledge is the only acceptable astrological meaning of Atlantis because it is the only accurate description of the place, which gave its name to the astrological force.
