Jason is asteroid #6063 and was discovered by the married couple Carolyn Jean Spellmann Shoemaker and Eugene Shoemaker. Jason is also known as 1984 KB and a member of the Apollo-group. Jason is named after a hero from Greek mythology.
Jason was the leader of the Argonauts. These were Greek heroes, who traveled with a ship named Argo aiming at finding and acquiring the Golden Fleece. Already Charles Dupuis, a scholar during the French Revolution, found that the journey of Jason and the Argonauts describe a journey through the sky along the zodiac. Thus Jason became a role model for Odysseus and then Heracles.
Because Jason is a solar hero, who serves only to describe the way through the zodiac, the meaning of the astrological force Jason must remain very unspecific. It could only become relevant in relation to other astrological forces. Preferably those, that are representatives of characters of the same tales.
