Bistro is asteroid #2038 and also known as 1973 WF as well as 1941 KD. Bistro was discovered by the Swiss astronomer Paul Wild at the Zimmerwald Observatory. Bistro is an asteroid of the Inner Asteroid Belt. Bistro’s orbit exhibits an eccentricity of 0.089 and an inclination of 14.792° with respect to the ecliptic.
Bistro is another asteroid with a playful name and again an asteroid, that has a name inspired by its asteroid number. So the number of an asteroid must be quite important for the astrological meaning too! Bistro means two times Strackea, that is the asteroid #1019, although -stro would hardly be recognized as alluding to Strackea if this wouldn’t be documented well. At the same time Bistro is still meant to allude to the small French-type restaurant called bistro and can, according to the French, also be a tavern.
Bistro can be interpreted as something in aspect with it is somehow double. Bistro can represent a small French-type restaurant or a tavern. So Bistro belongs to the type of asteroids, that are mainly useful for representing certain items. Bistro is in most cases rather irrelevant and I treat it only because it is the last of the asteroids with playful names, which I know so far.
